1. Strict 24-Hour Refund Window
At Pillar IPTV, we stand behind the quality of our research-based streaming recommendations. However, to maintain operational integrity and prevent abuse, refund requests are only accepted within 24 hours of account activation or subscription purchase (whichever occurs first).
⏰ The 24-hour clock starts immediately after your account is activated and credentials are delivered. After this period, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be honored, regardless of usage level.
- Eligibility period: Requests submitted via official channels (email or support ticket) must be timestamped within 24 hours from the moment your Pillar IPTV subscription is marked "active".
- Refund processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to the processing fee outlined below.
- No partial refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of monthly, quarterly, or annual plans if the 24-hour window has passed.

2. No Refunds for User-Side Technical Issues
Pillar IPTV provides a research platform that recommends high-quality server streams. We do not control your local network, ISP policies, or device compatibility. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for technical issues originating from the user's environment, including but not limited to:
- ISP blocking or throttling: Some Internet Service Providers actively block or slow down IPTV traffic. Pillar IPTV is not responsible for ISP-level restrictions. Using a VPN may help, but we cannot guarantee results.
- Insufficient internet bandwidth: For HD or 4K streaming, a minimum stable connection of 15 Mbps is required. Buffering, lag, or low resolution due to slow speeds does not qualify for a refund.
- Incompatible devices or software: While we support主流 platforms (Android TV, Firestick, iOS, Windows, macOS), older devices, uncertified hardware, or misconfigured media players (e.g., outdated VLC, IPTV Smarters) may cause playback failures. Users are responsible for ensuring device compatibility before purchase.
- Geographic restrictions & firewalls: If your country imposes internet censorship or blocks certain streaming protocols, you assume the risk. We recommend testing our trial period to verify local accessibility.
- User misconfiguration: Incorrect entry of M3U URLs, EPG links, or portal addresses will not be refunded. Our support team will help you configure correctly, but failure to follow instructions does not warrant a refund.

3. Trial Period: Test Before You Commit
Pillar IPTV strongly encourages all prospective users to take advantage of any available trial or test pass before purchasing a full subscription (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
- Trial availability: We offer a limited-duration trial (e.g., 24-hour or 48-hour test) to evaluate stream quality, channel lineup, and device compatibility. The trial is designed to eliminate uncertainty.
- No refunds after full purchase if trial was ignored: If you skip the trial and purchase a paid plan directly, you are still bound by the 24-hour refund window. However, we will not approve refund requests based on issues that could have been identified during the trial period (e.g., ISP blocking, buffering).
- Free test credentials: Some plans include a low-cost trial (non-refundable) that allows you to verify service quality. Consider the trial as your due diligence.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have had reasonable opportunity to test the service and confirm it meets your expectations.
4. Transaction & Processing Fee Deduction
When a refund is approved within the 24-hour window, Pillar IPTV reserves the right to deduct a small transaction processing fee to cover payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and currency conversion (if applicable).
- Standard deduction: A flat fee of $3.00 USD (or 8% of the transaction amount, whichever is lower) may be subtracted from the refund total.
- Reason: Payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency networks do not refund their original fees to merchants. The processing fee ensures we can continue offering fair pricing to all customers.
- Crypto payments: Refunds for cryptocurrency purchases will be issued in USD equivalent at the exchange rate of the original transaction, minus network fees and a 5% handling fee.
💡 Example: If you paid $15 for a monthly plan and request a refund within 24 hours, you will receive approximately $12 after the $3 processing fee.
5. Abuse Policy & Violation of Terms of Service
Pillar IPTV maintains a zero-tolerance approach towards abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service (ToS). We reserve the unilateral right to deny any refund request if the user has engaged in any prohibited activity, including but not limited to:
- Account sharing or re-streaming: Sharing credentials with multiple households or re-broadcasting our recommended streams to third-party platforms.
- Chargeback fraud: Filing a chargeback with your bank after receiving a refund or without following our refund request process. Chargebacks will result in permanent account blacklisting and may be contested with transaction evidence.
- Abusive behavior: Harassing support staff, using threats, or submitting fraudulent information to obtain a refund.
- Attempting to exceed fair usage policy: Using automated scripts, connection spoofing, or other methods to bypass the one-concurrent-stream limit.
- Misrepresentation: Claiming non-delivery of service when activation logs confirm account access.
🚫 Consequence of abuse: Refund denial, immediate termination of all associated accounts, and a permanent ban from future Pillar IPTV services.
6. How to Request a Refund (Official Channel)
To submit a valid refund request, you must follow the procedure below within 24 hours of account activation. Requests sent via social media, unofficial forums, or third-party resellers will not be processed.
