Terms of Service

Welcome to Pillar IPTV (pillariptv.com).

📅 Effective date: April 21, 2026 | Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using the website pillariptv.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Pillar IPTV ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform and services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Subscriber", "you") and Pillar IPTV. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Disclaimer – Research & Recommendations

Pillar IPTV operates as a research-based platform that identifies, curates, and recommends high-quality server streams for informational and entertainment discovery purposes. We do not own, host, manage, or directly operate any streaming servers, broadcast hardware, or IPTV infrastructure that delivers content to end users.

We do not guarantee the legality, quality, or uninterrupted availability of any third-party stream. Pillar IPTV acts as an intermediary information hub, and any issues regarding stream buffering, content removal, or channel unavailability must be addressed to the respective third-party infrastructure owners. By subscribing, you acknowledge that Pillar IPTV is not a traditional IPTV provider but a recommendation and research service.

3. Fair Usage Policy & Account Restrictions

To ensure service stability and fair access for all subscribers, Pillar IPTV enforces a strict fair usage policy regarding concurrent connections and account sharing.

  • One connection per account – Unless you have purchased an explicit multi-room plan (e.g., 2 connections, 3 connections, etc.), your subscription allows streaming on a single device at any given time. Simultaneous streams from different IP addresses under the same base subscription are strictly prohibited.
  • No re-streaming or redistribution – You may not re-broadcast, re-stream, or redistribute any content accessed through Pillar IPTV recommendations to third parties via any method (including but not limited to embedding, restreaming servers, or social media).
  • No account sharing beyond household – Accounts are intended for personal use only. Sharing login credentials with individuals outside your immediate household is considered a violation and may lead to immediate suspension.
  • Automated access & bots – Using scripts, crawlers, or automated tools to scrape or abuse our website or associated API endpoints is strictly forbidden.

Violation of the fair usage policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

4. Refund Policy & Billing Terms

We maintain a transparent, time-sensitive refund policy designed to protect both the user and the integrity of our research platform.

  • Strict 24-hour refund window: Refund requests will only be considered within 24 hours of the initial account activation or subscription purchase. To request a refund, you must contact our official support channel via the contact information provided on pillariptv.com, including your order ID and reason for the request.
  • Eligibility for refund: Refunds are granted only if Pillar IPTV fails to provide the recommended service access due to our internal error (e.g., invalid activation, duplicate charge).
  • No refunds for user-side technical issues: We do not issue refunds for issues originating from the user's environment, including but not limited to:
    • ISP (Internet Service Provider) blocking or throttling of IPTV traffic.
    • Insufficient internet bandwidth or unstable Wi-Fi connection (minimum 15 Mbps recommended for HD/4K streams).
    • Incompatible device, outdated media player, or incorrect configuration by the user.
    • Geographic restrictions, firewalls, VPN misconfigurations, or local censorship.
  • No partial refunds or credits for unused subscription periods. All payments are processed in advance. After 24 hours from activation, the subscription is considered fully consumed and non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel early.
  • Chargebacks filed without prior refund request dialogue will result in immediate permanent blacklisting of your account and any associated email/domain.

5. Content Availability & Uptime Disclaimer

Pillar IPTV is committed to providing reliable research and recommendations; however, due to the nature of third-party streaming infrastructures, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of specific channels, video-on-demand (VOD) assets, or any particular content.

  • Maximum uptime effort: We strive to ensure our recommended server list maintains an uptime exceeding 99% on average, but technical maintenance, unexpected server failures, DDoS attacks, or third-party takedowns may affect accessibility.
  • Channel lineup changes: Third-party providers may add, remove, or reorganize channels without prior notice. Pillar IPTV does not control content scheduling or permanent availability.
  • Temporary interruptions: Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or changes in regulatory frameworks) may temporarily disrupt service. We will not offer compensation or refunds for temporary downtime.
  • For real-time status updates, users are encouraged to monitor our official announcements. No guarantee is made that any specific sporting event, pay-per-view broadcast, or regional channel will be accessible at any given time.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, page headers, button icons, scripts, and the overall "look and feel" of Pillar IPTV’s website (pillariptv.com) are proprietary assets of Pillar IPTV or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to the brand name "Pillar IPTV", the logo, taglines, and custom interface designs.

  • You may not copy, imitate, modify, or use any Pillar IPTV branding without explicit prior written consent.
  • Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property for commercial purposes, domain squatting, or misleading consumer practices will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.
  • All content and materials provided on the website (text, graphics, user interfaces) are protected by international copyright laws and treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use only.

For permission requests regarding our branding, please contact our legal team via the contact form on the website.

7. Governing Law & Legal Compliance

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus / European Union (or the jurisdiction where Pillar IPTV's principal place of business is established), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using Pillar IPTV, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction defined in the Terms. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, national, and international laws applicable to your use of our service, including any laws regarding the consumption of IPTV content. If accessing our recommended streams is prohibited in your country, you do so at your own risk. Pillar IPTV does not encourage violation of any copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillar IPTV, its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the recommended service or website.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the infrastructure.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted via third-party streams (though we actively vet sources).

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Pillar IPTV during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so the above may not fully apply to you.

9. Additional Provisions

9.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pillar IPTV and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of any third-party rights.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding between Pillar IPTV and you regarding the subject matter herein, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By continuing to access pillariptv.com, subscribe to any plan, or use any associated service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the disclaimers, refund limitations, and fair usage policy.
